The hu tieu was fantastic, and the spring rolls were the perfect complement to the meal. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients tasted fresh. If you enjoy noodle soup dishes, this place is definitely worth a visit.
This Thảo Điền location of Hủ tíu Hồng Phát feels just as solid as the original. Everything tastes consistent, especially the broth, which is always a good sign. We ordered the dry mixed noodles with pork bones, and it came out exactly as expected. The noodles were cooked al dente, the toppings were well prepared, and the broth kept warm with a small candle, was rich, flavorful, and really satisfying. Service here is fast and attentive, with good attention to detail. The price is a bit on the higher side, but that’s pretty standard for this area. Overall, a very reliable spot. If you live nearby or are in Thảo Điền, definitely worth checking out.
내돈내산 If you care about hygiene the way I do, I would highly recommend giving this place a try. I’m genuinely happy that this restaurant has opened here, as I no longer need to go far to another district just to enjoy Hu Tieu Nam Vang. I’ve been eating at Hong Phat for a long time, and I will continue to trust and support them in the future. I hope the restaurant maintains its quality and cleanliness, as these are the key reasons why not only I, but also health-conscious customers, will keep coming back again and again.
Their dishes wont disappoint you. The portion and flavors are great, quick service. My crispy noodle was $6,5, and the Hủ tiếu Nam Vang was $6. Definitely will come back to try other dishes. This is not a cheap eat.
