Ristreet - Cafe in Ho Chi Minh City

5* all around. What a nice café. Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty. Excellent friendly staff and nice bright cool space. Very comfortable.

Another small gem in Thao Dien area. This cafe is located in the center of Thao Dien, not like other cafes, you can find this cafe in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, so don’t mind asking for their help in case you need some recommendations for you brunch of your drink. I got an iced latte and an Egg Florentine with salmon. The portion maybe a bit small for some people. But the taste was okay. The iced latte was okay too. Just one thing, they have limited space for dine-in. Therefore, it is a good idea if you can have a take-away. One minus point is that they had the AC on but the door was kept open. So it was kind of hot in the morning. Give it a try if you want a cozy place for both a coffee and some food for munching.

Super nice place. The food is amazing. They cook it so well that you can feel it couldn’t be less or more. They serve English breakfast with chorizo 😮 my favorite. The Vietnamese coffee is just so right. It’s a bit bitter for others but to me it’s amazing. The staff is super nice too, they pay attention to your needs and provide service without being prompted.

If I could give this place more stars I would. The food is phenomenal and the price point just right. The Chef is very talented. We tried four different dishes for breakfast and they were all perfect. Special mention for the pancakes, a very fluffy and great delight. The food presentation is also outstanding and the service extremely friendly and impeccable. I wished I had discovered this place before. UPDATE1: We have come back 3 times now and the place only gets better. Ask for the Turkish eggs…they are phenomenal, and the staff (from servers to the Chef) is wonderful!!! UPDATE2: This place keeps on getting better and better in every visit. We are now welcomed as family. The team goes out of their way to accommodate our 8 months old… and he loves it. Thank you Ristreet team for all of your care, quality service, and excellent food (the focaccia rocks by the way 😊).

Nice food and friendly staff but a bit hot even inside. The space is quite small, but cozy and comfortable. We ordered two dishes, both with tomato-based soup or sauce. I’ll definitely come back to try the gnocchi
