Tartine Saigon - Lumiere An Phu, Q2 - Brunch restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

About This Place
Tartine Saigon sits inside the Lumiere An Phú development on Võ Trường Toản, running a menu that spans classic European breakfast formats and a handful of more composed plates. The Egg Royale brings together smoked salmon, mushrooms, mixed salad greens, and truffle hollandaise — a more assembled proposition than the straightforward Eggs Benedict, which keeps to salted ham and stir-fried spinach.
The plant-forward section earns its space. The Plant-Powered Crush builds plant-based ricotta, watermelon, pesto, strawberry, and balsamic reduction into a single plate; the Levantine Crunch arrives with falafel, hummus, pickles, olives, and tomato — complete dishes rather than token menu additions. The vegetarian shakshuka (300g) adds a Middle Eastern thread through a menu that otherwise reads European, leaning on bell pepper, tomato, mushroom, and paprika.
Tartines come with names like Smokin' Avo Affair, Pickle My Chick Softly, and Botanic Sun Bliss, but the constructions underneath are specific: kefir and pickled fennel on one, semi sun-dried tomato and balsamic reduction on another. Heart Butter Biscuits, sold in bags of two, point to a working bakery operation rather than bread sourced from elsewhere. Bagels arrive with three distinct builds — cream cheese and salmon with pickled fennel and dill, ham and cheese with rocket, and a holy basil ricotta with tomato.
Open from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, the kitchen covers a longer window than most Thao Dien brunch spots. The 4.7 rating across 429 Google reviews indicates a level of consistency that is difficult to maintain when serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner-hour guests on the same day. For the An Phú corridor — which has fewer concentrated dining options than the main Thao Dien strip — Tartine functions as a reliable full-day anchor rather than a single-occasion stop.

Reviews
Cafe, bakery, breakfast or socializing. I used to buy sour dough bread and having coffee when we were living close by. There are many big compounds around and people come for breakfast or freshly baked bread, located in side street with less noise and main road
This place offers excellent service, delicious food, and a truly diverse menu. The space is airy, and the decor is very beautiful. I’ve been here with friends twice, and every time we’ve received attentive and dedicated service.
One of our absolute favorite breakfast spots in Saigon! We highly recommend the Cheese Pesto and Chicken Pesto — they taste amazing. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the service is always the best!
This back street place is fantastic. We have been many times now non our trip for breakfast. Great staff. Food is fresh and coffee perfect
